Buyer information
Clear answers before your project begins.
A practical guide to service routes, order quantities, customization, compliance and delivery. Exact terms are confirmed for each product and market.
01
Choosing a service
Which service is right for my business?+
Choose OEM / ODM when you need a differentiated product or private-label collection; small-batch wholesale when you want to test the market with lower commitment; and professional sourcing when you need an experienced partner to coordinate products and suppliers across a broader purchasing program.
Can GINYA combine services?+
Yes. A project may begin with available products, add customized packaging and later move into OEM development. Sourcing support can also be combined with products made by GINYA when your assortment requires additional categories.
Do you work with start-ups?+
Yes. Small-batch wholesale is designed to give emerging businesses a practical starting point. We will recommend realistic products, quantities and branding options based on your budget and launch plan.
02
MOQ, samples and timing
What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product and service route. Ready-product orders usually offer the lowest starting quantity; private label and customized packaging require higher quantities; fully custom OEM development is quoted after the specification is confirmed.
Can I order samples before production?+
Yes. Sample availability, cost and timing depend on whether you select an existing product, request color or logo changes, or require a new custom design.
How long does an order take?+
Available-product orders are normally the fastest. Private-label timing depends on artwork and packaging confirmation, while OEM / ODM programs include development and sample approval before production. We will provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing your brief.
What information helps you quote accurately?+
Please share the product or reference, destination market, estimated quantity, branding or packaging needs, compliance requirements, budget range and target delivery date.
03
Customization and packaging
What can be customized?+
Depending on product and quantity, options may include color, logo, material, function, accessories, packaging structure, inserts, labels, manuals and shipping cartons.
Can you help develop retail packaging?+
Yes. We can recommend structures, coordinate artwork and materials, prepare samples and manage packaging production together with the product order.
Can you support lower-cost market testing?+
Yes. A standard product and packaging structure with focused branding is often more economical than a fully bespoke solution for an initial launch.
04
Quality, compliance and shipping
Which compliance documents are available?+
Depending on the product, material and destination, available documents may include CE, RoHS, UKCA support, FDA-related material reports, battery reports, UN38.3, MSDS and transport assessments. Requirements and document availability must be confirmed for each project.
How do you control product quality?+
Our workflow can include incoming-material checks, in-process inspection, functional testing, final inspection and documentation review. The exact inspection plan depends on the product and order.
Can I review reports before placing an order?+
Qualified buyers can request available factory and product documents during project evaluation. Sensitive report details may be shared selectively to protect the certificate holder and prevent misuse.
Can you consolidate products from several suppliers?+
As part of an agreed sourcing project, we can coordinate packaging and consolidation where practical. Feasibility depends on supplier locations, product type, export requirements and shipment plan.
Do you arrange international shipping?+
We can support export documents, packing information and shipment handover, and coordinate with an agreed freight partner. Incoterms and responsibility should be confirmed in the quotation or order agreement.
